Settings and favorites

Choose a settings category on the left; its options appear on the right.

Pin frequent commands and choose which Ribbon groups to display.

Settings fills most of the window, with sections on the left and their details on the right.

General switches between Chinese and English and between basic and advanced controls. Language changes do not translate slide content or alter document fonts.

Workspace controls default grids, rulers and the notes panel. The bottom-right canvas controls also offer rulers, fit and numeric zoom.

Ribbon can pin frequently used commands and hide command groups. Right-click a supported ribbon command to pin it. Favorites remain available across tabs; unavailable commands stay disabled.

Shortcuts supports rebinding, conflict detection and resetting. Menus and tooltips display the current binding.

Projection and obstructions stores a venue profile on this device. Storage manages attachment preferences and lists browser-storage names and sizes without exposing editing credentials.

Workspace preferences are browser-local. Resetting editor preferences does not delete documents or cloud editing links.

The first visit follows the browser’s Chinese or English preference, using English for other languages. A manual language choice takes precedence on later visits.
